Meditation is Purposeful

Meditation and mindfulness are habitual processes to training your mind and redirecting your thoughts for optimal awareness, without distraction. Meditation promotes a greater sense of optimal emotional health, reduces stress, improves sleep, enhances self awareness without getting attached to story, may help reduce age related memory loss, lengthens attention span, reduces anxiety and depression all while creating an over all higher appreciations for life’s experiences and the people in them.

I offer meditation in the following settings: private, group and corporate. Additionally, I offer children's meditation.
